After realizing the difficulties involved with professional surfing I decided to begin a career in the telecommunications industry. In 1979 I began as a contract telecommunications engineer with BellSouth.

Married in 1985 and a son in 1986.

I then moved to Chicago and worked with Ameritech telecommunications. Also while in Chicago I became a racquetball professional. I lived there until 1997 (burr) and relocated back to sunny Florida were I promptly began surfing again.

Divorced in 1998 and remarried in 2000.

I am currently employed with BellSouth as a network manager, still surfing and playing racquetball.

My son Is now 20 (wow when did that happen) and lives with myself and my new wife in the Port Orange area.

I look forward to seeing everyone next summer………….
