- Construction Services

- TYL Construction will provide our
Customers with the utmost quality and attention to detail. We are absolutely adamant
that we will have only "Satisfied Customers". Knowing that the
needs of our Customers are different, we provide three different types of construction
services. Here is a brief description of each:

- Turn Key or "Stipulated Sum" Projects
- This is the most common type of construction project. Typically a project
is estimated and a proposal is delivered to the Customer based on a specific scope of
work. TYL Construction will guarantee to bring the project to the owner
at the specified price.

- Cost Plus Projects
- In some cases, Customers will prefer to work with us on a "Cost
Plus" basis. Simply put, a pre-determined fee is simply added to the direct
costs of material, labor, and subcontractors as they are incurred. If the
project is on a fast track and the scope of work is not specific, this may be the
preferable method. Some Owners will like this method so that they can take advantage
of any possible cost savings.

- Construction Management Projects
- TYL Construction will also serve in a capacity as Construction
Manager. These are projects in which the Owner works hand in hand with the
Contractor in the selection of subcontractors, vendors, and so on. Many government
agencies will prefer this method over the "low bid" method, due to the fact that
selection of the Construction Manager, as well as subcontractors are based upon
qualifications and experience. Also, this method will allow for the Contractor to
get involved early in a project, even before the final plans have been completed, and
promotes a "Fast Track" type schedule.
